Hello. I have been asked to share a little about myself and my experience in real estate. I have the good fortune of loving what I do: helping people and completing real estate deals. I began as a Realtor in 1996. Soon after I became engaged with a few new home builders and enjoyed the building of new homes. About the same time I began remodeling and selling homes. In the fall of 1999, I was asked by a well-known real estate guru to mentor people in how to become successful in real estate. Over the years I have worked with numerous nationally known gurus and taught thousands of people real estate principles in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and elsewhere. I have had the opportunity over the years to be involved in land, new construction, flipping, wholesaling, renting, and owning commercial property. Currently I am working on a new home subdivision. My goal is to empower people to rise above their circumstances and achieve success. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to become better acquainted and enjoy more success, together.
