Dr Adam currently serves as the Managing Partner of the Bargain House Network, Real Estate Trainers of America, and Dream Branding Partners. He got his start in real estate as a Realtor in 1996 but quickly started working with new home builders and was asked to start mentoring others in real estate in 1999. Dr Adam has developed and conducted real estate trainings all over the USA, Canada, Australia, and the Caribbean. He remains an active real estate investor.

Shah speaks 4 languages and has been in the Real Estate industry since 2003. He not only holds an MBA in business but recently was certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), from the National Association of Realtors and is a certified real estate coach with over 20,000 hours of coaching delivered., He is an active Realtor and investor. He Co-Owned and ran a Real Estate Brokerage from 2006-2009. I am also a Certified Express Offers Agent with EXP Realty.

JD Monroe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-founder of Shorefront Investment. He serves as the lead deal analyst and acquisitions manager. He establishes long-range goals, strategies, plans and processes to meet the needs of customers, employees, and investors. He found real estate after several deployments  to Iraq, where he found the Rich Dad Poor Dad books. JD is an Air Force veteran.
