With 2024 quickly approaching Nevada is preparing for the new year. Will the newly appointed officers be a good change for Nevada? Hopefully with this change it will help statewide to influence some positive change for the state.
The Nevada Realtors association has announced its newly elected officers for 2024. Leading the association will be Trevor Smith as the incoming President, with Brandon Roberts as the President-elect. Smith, who is based in the Lake Tahoe area, previously served as the president of Incline Village Realtors and held the position of NVR vice president in 2022 and president-elect in 2023. Roberts, on the other hand, served as the NVR vice president in 2023 and was the president of Las Vegas Realtors in 2022. As a longtime Realtor in Southern Nevada, Roberts is set to become the NVR president in 2025. Additionally, Sarah Scattini, a past president of Sierra Nevada Realtors in Reno, has been elected as NVR’s vice president for 2024. Grant Meyer, who is currently serving as the president of IVR for 2023 and is based in Incline Village, will take on the role of NVR treasurer in 2024.
In 2023, Tom Blanchard, a former president of LVR located in Las Vegas, took on the role of president at NVR. Now, in 2024, he will transition into the esteemed position of NVR’s immediate past president.
